My nutrition + treats:
Breakfast: Green Protein Smoothie
Lunch: Saigon Spring Salad from Protein Bar
Snack: Apple and Trail Mix (almonds, cashews, cranberries)
Dinner: Taco leftovers
I also enjoyed a light beer with my taco and then had a JJ’s Sweets Sea Salt Cocomel!
I haven’t had a chewy caramel since going vegan over 6 years ago, so when my friend came home from a trip to Cali with these babies as a gift for me, I was super excited!
