Happy Move It Monday!

Spring is here and summer is just around the corner!

If you feel uneasy about tank tops and shorter sleeves in the not-so-distant future, try adding this sizzling summer arm workout to your exercise routine. Exercise in general is a great self-confidence booster, but there is something about hammering out a great biceps + triceps workout that is especially empowering for me!

Bonus for listening to Beyonce’s Run the World (Girls) while doing this workout. I did 10-12 reps for each set of these exercises:

  •  4 supersets:
    -Incline dumbbell biceps curl
    -EZ bar biceps curl
  • 4 sets dumbbell alternate biceps curls (rotating as you curl up)
  • 4 sets preacher curls
  • 4 supersets:
    -EZ bar lying triceps extension (skullcrushers)
    -Dumbbell triceps kickback
  • 4 supersets:
    -Assisted dips (or unassisted if you’re tough like that)
    -Cable triceps pushdown (rope attachment)
