I love this blog! I’m new to veganism and am trying to learn all I can about doing it heathily. What do you know about tofu’s effects on estrogen or other hormone imbalancing effects? I’m concerned about that because I think hormone balance is SO important.

Hi Taylor, When I was a teen and in my 20’s I was always skinny. Then after becoming a mom and going through a horrible divorce and getting put on medications for multiple health issues, the doctor says I’m obese. This really bothers me. Yes, I know I’m overweight. I have been in the hospital and I’ve seen the dietician and I’m on a 1500 cal diet, but my weight never changes. I’m tired of fighting a losing battle. Thanks for listening.
