I found a new workout split I absolutely love: chest and back! Which means I then do biceps and triceps together on another day which is also super fun–keep your eyes peeled for another upper body workout soon to come!

There are SO many different chest and back exercises to mix and match and incorporate into super-sets.Try this simple workout and see if you like working these two muscle groups together! If you love it, add some creativity and design your own workout!


3X12 Lat pull downs
3X12 Low cable row
3X12 Bent over row w/ EZ bar

3X12 Dumbbell chest press
3X12 Dumbbell chest fly
Push-ups to failure

3X12=3 sets of 12 reps
